Shipping/Handling Policies: We typically only ship to customers within the continental United States with the standard ground shipping method. If you want expedited shipping (i.e. overnight or priority) for your jewelry purchase, it is available for an additional fee that can only be done when you call us to work out those details.
Jewelry Maintenance Policies: When an item is purchased (over $200.00) at Gold Wolff Jewelers, we offer the following maintenance services free of charge: Ring Sizing, Minor Adjustments, Inside Ring Engraving, and Cleaning. Cleaning and Inspection of any jewelry is always free.
Online Sales Tax Policies: Shipments to residents of the State of AZ will be charged a transaction privilege tax (sales tax).
Payment Policies: Checks are accepted with a valid Driver's License in our physical store. No out of state checks accepted. NSF checks are subject to a $ 50.00 NSF fee.
Returns allowed for 30 days from Date of Purchase.
0 to 15 days no questions asked 16 to 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days, (exchanges possible). A refurbishing fee may apply.
There is an one-year guarantee on all products sold by Gold Wolff Jewelers, except for the Bargain Corner, which has no return privileges or guarantees, and the Value Collection, which has a 90 day warranty, and the Estate Collection, which also has a 90 day warranty. No guarantee or warrantee work will be performed due to customer abuse or neglect. Please save your receipt. Our guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship only.
We also offer a 90 day warrantee on repairs performed on non Gold Wolff Jewelers products.
We have no warrantee on repairs performed on soft soldered pieces, hollow items (including hollow chains), or plated items.
Layaway Policies: Layaways require a 30% down payment and should be paid within a 9 month period. One payment must be made every 30 days. Cancelled layaways are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No cancellations after 90 days. No payments received in 120 days constitutes forfeiture of all monies paid in.
Special Order Policies:
Special Order memo or consignment goods ordered for customer approval are subject to a $40.00 nonrefundable postage fee. If a purchase is made the postage fee applies to the purchase price.
Special Orders require a 50% down payment and Special Orders are not returnable. Special Orders consist of products or parts ordered in ( i.e. not in the showcase) specifically for one project or multitude of projects.
