We have a one year guarantee on every item we sell except for our value collection merchandise, which has a 90 day warranty.  We warrantee all products and repair work on Gold Wolff Jewelers products for a period of one year from the purchase date against defects in materials and workmanship. We obviously do not offer warrantee work on jewelry that has been abused, neglected, or taken to another jewelry store for repairs. We offer a 90 day warrantee on repairs performed on jewelry purchased elsewhere.
