Our mission is to provide the finest quality jewelry sales and service in a casual buying environment, to create custom jewelry to our customers specifications, for any occasion from any materials and have the work completed on time. We strive to keep our costs and overhead low, to keep our prices affordable to our clients.

Store Policies

When an item is purchased at Gold Wolff Jewelers we offer the following services free of charge……Ring Sizing…..Minor Adjustments…..Inside Ring Engraving…….Cleaning and Polishing

Checks are accepted with a valid Driver’s License.  No out of state checks accepted.

NSF checks are subject to a $ 20.00 NSF fee.

Returns allowed for 30 days from Date of Purchase. 0 to 15 days no questions asked, 16 to 30 days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns after 30 days, ( exchanges possible).   A refurbishing fee may apply.

There is a one-year guarantee on all products sold by Gold Wolff Jewelers, except for the Bargain Corner, which has no return privileges or guarantees. No guarantee or warrantee work will be performed due to customer abuse or neglect.  Please save your receipt.  Our guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship only.  

Special orders are not returnable

90 day warrantee on repairs performed on non Gold Wolff Jewelers products.

No warrantee on repairs performed on soft soldered pieces, hollow items, or plated items.

Layaways require a 30% down payment and should be paid within a 9 month period.  One payment must be made every 30 days. Cancelled layaways are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  No cancellations after 90 days. No payments received in 120 days constitutes forfeiture of all monies paid in.

Special order memo or consignment goods ordered for customer approval are subject to a $40.00 nonrefundable postage fee. If a purchase is made the postage fee applies to the purchase price.

Special orders require a 50% down payment.

Special orders under $100.00 subject to shipping charges.
